Your day-to-day may include: Managing a mixed-age NDIS caseload (children through to older adults), plus Aged Care and related schemes where appropriate Developing advanced clinical expertise across neurological, physical, and complex disability presentations Working with higher-complexity cases, including co-morbid mental health, forensic/justice involvement, and layered psychosocial factors Delivering meaningful therapy across real-world environments (home, school, workplaces, gyms, parks, lifestyle villages) Leading by example with evidence-based documentation, reporting, and functional capacity input Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (OT, EP, Speech, Psychology, Counselling, Dietetics and more) Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and clinical systems as the Director steps back from direct caseload work Support Available Structured handover shadowing with the Director as you assume responsibility for her caseload Regular supervision, mentoring, and CPD tailored to your career goals (clinical excellence, leadership, specialisation) Strong admin and systems support so you can stay focused on therapy, not paperwork Support to refine your caseload mix to align with your progression pathway Established NDIS and Aged Care infrastructure (systems, templates, processes already in place) Team Culture A purpose-centred organisation that values growth, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes Clinicians are trusted as experts, encouraged to develop their own style and strengths within a supportive structure Warm, down-to-earth leadership with a high-performing yet fun, people-first culture A collaborative allied health team that values humour, mentorship, and long-term client relationships Strong community connection and a genuine focus on giving back Interested?
